下载、安装或使用 SoloCloser（一人签单官），表示你同意本条款与适用法律。
2. 产品定位与授权
- 本应用面向独立开发者/一人公司，用于生成报价单、产品宣传图及相关文档。
- 我们授予你一项非独占、不可转授权、可撤销的个人使用许可。
- 未经许可，不得反向工程、转售、出租或用于非法用途。
3. 付费与价格
- 本应用为一次性付费下载产品（中国区标价可为 68 元，具体以 App Store 展示为准）。
- 不同国家/地区的税费与换算价格由 App Store 体系决定。
- 退款、账单与支付争议由 Apple 支付体系处理。
4. 用户内容与责任
- 你对输入和导出的内容（文本、图像、报价、合同草案）承担责任。
- 你应确保拥有上传素材的合法权利，不侵犯他人知识产权、隐私或商业秘密。
- 你不得使用本应用从事违法、欺诈、骚扰或侵权行为。
5. 免责声明（重要）
- 本应用输出内容仅为模板化与规则化辅助，不构成法律、税务或财务专业意见。
- “合同草案”仅供参考，正式签约前请由专业人士审核。
- 我们不保证你使用本应用后必然获得商业成交结果。
6. 可用性与更新
- 我们可在不另行通知的情况下修复、优化或调整功能。
- 因系统升级、设备兼容性、第三方平台策略变动导致的中断，我们将尽量修复，但不承诺绝对连续可用。
7. 责任限制
在法律允许范围内，开发者对间接损失、利润损失或机会损失不承担责任。总责任上限不超过你购买本应用实际支付金额。
8. 终止
若你违反本条款，我们可中止或终止你对应用的使用许可。

1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using SoloCloser (一人签单官), you agree to these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Product Scope and License
- The app is designed for solo developers and small studios to generate quotes, marketing cards, and related documents.
- We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal/professional use.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, rent, sublicense, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Payment and Pricing
- The app is sold as a one-time paid download (CNY 68 may apply in CN storefront; final price is shown on the App Store).
- Regional taxes and converted prices are determined by App Store systems.
- Refunds, billing, and payment disputes are handled through Apple's payment platform.
4. User Content and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content you input or export (text, images, quotes, draft contracts).
- You must have lawful rights to materials you import and must not infringe privacy, IP, or confidential information.
- You must not use the app for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing conduct.
5. Disclaimer (Important)
- Outputs are template/rule-based assistance only and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
- Any contract draft is for reference and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before signing.
- We do not guarantee business outcomes, sales conversion, or commercial success.
6. Availability and Updates
- We may update, optimize, or adjust features without prior notice.
- We aim to keep service quality, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to OS, device, or platform changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially violate these Terms.
